Through our webshop privacy-sensitive data or personal information is processed. Okimono BV considers careful handling of personal data of great importance. Personal data are therefore carefully processed and protected by us.
In our processing we adhere to the requirements of the privacy legislation. This means, among other things, that we:

Your account
Certain sections of our web shop require you to register first. You must then provide information about yourself and choose a user name (your email address). With this information we create an account, where you can login with your email address and a password of your choice. For this purpose we use your name and address, phone number, billing address, email address and payment information. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information for 6 months after you cancel the account.
We save this information so that you do not have to fill it in again each time and so that we can contact you in connection with the execution of the agreement. You can adjust information via your account when you want to.

Order processing
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to be able to process it properly. We may give your personal data to our delivery service to deliver the order to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. We keep this information for two years after your order is completed. We keep certain customer data longer in connection with the legal tax retention obligation.

You can leave a review for us. We use the necessary personal data to publish the review on the website. For this we use your nickname. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until the termination of the review app's contract.
Contact form and Newsletter
With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests. To do so, we use your e-mail address and nickname. We need these because of the contract we enter into with you. We will keep this information until we are sure you are satisfied with our response and six months thereafter. This way we can easily retrieve the information in case of follow-up questions. It also allows us to train our customer service to be even better.
We offer newsletters to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Every newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe.
Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. These data is kept for 3 months after you cancel the subscription.

In order to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you.
