Here's how we handle reviews

Regardless of your opinion, we always post your review. Be it positive or negative. We do check that a review meets our conditions.

Those conditions are:

• We only post verified reviews. Verified means that a review can only be posted if there has been a purchasing experience at Okimono and/or after the purchase of the product in question. This is ensured by the fact that we only send out automated invitations after actual purchases.
• We also offer the option to manually post a review via the product page. Of these reviews, we manually check whether a purchase is involved based on name and email.
• After the review is posted, checks are made for consistency and language. If a review is defamatory, insulting or offensive it will not be posted. If a review is inconsistent, we may decide not to post it.

We post all reviews on our website. Reviews are also processed by our partner Google and are reflected in their search results and Shopping Ads. When posting, we display your first name and 1 initial of your last name. Eg. Gerrit W.

And finally: We do not pay for posting a review.
